Natural Resource Assessment

Natural Resource Assessments inventory ecological resources on a project site to provide valuable information regarding wetlands, endangered species, wildlife habitat, floodplains, and associated permit requirements along with an assessment of the implications of these resources for the proposed project. Utilizing the information collected in the Natural Resource Assessment, Williams Creek can assist to minimize impacts and incorporate significant natural features into a site design.

Wetland delineations are routinely prepared as part of a thorough Natural Resource Assessment. Williams Creek’s professional staff is well trained in providing accurate wetland delineations using the current practices acceptable by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and based upon the 1987 Wetland Delineation Manual.

Natural Resource Impact Permitting and Mitigation

Through active participation in local and state government planning groups and federal regulatory rule committees along with years of hands on experience, Williams Creek has built a solid reputation in preparing natural resource impact permit applications including wetlands, streams, rivers, floodways, floodplains, and tree removal.
